    By creating an account or using Pusha, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    2. Description of Service

    Pusha is an AI-powered personal coaching platform that generates personalized training plans, nutrition plans, and provides an AI coach. The service is provided "as is" for personal fitness use.

    3. Account Registration

    You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Pusha.

    4. Beta Access

    During the beta phase, access to Pusha requires manual approval by the administrator. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time during the beta period.

    5. Subscriptions and Credits

  • Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance that resets on the billing date.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

    Pusha uses AI to generate training plans, nutrition plans, and coaching advice. This content is informational only and does not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise or diet program.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent usage limits, share your account with others, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pusha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
